I really like your idea for an ice queen. It is very unique and intriguing. You also made the white not take away from everything else. Especially the skin. It really helps balance the colours out. I really like the effects you used, in particular making the ice queen blend into the snow on the left very well done. Where the dress begins and ends is a bit hard to figure out, because it seems to blend into the skin sometimes. Maybe use a different colour next time and try to make it stand out but blend into its surroundings.
